Bernie Mallon

Bernie is the Broker in Charge at Prime Realty and Development. He was born and raised in New England, living mostly in New Hampshire with a few years in Maine sprinkled in. He moved to New Bern NC in 2004 and has been in the Real Estate business ever since. He specialize in Residential Real Estate, in and around Craven County. He is an avid Ballroom Dancer, and he is teaching ballroom dance at Rivertowne Ballroom Dance Studio.

Billy
Wilkes

Billy has 20 years of local government experience in Craven County, and has been a licensed broker for the past 5 years. Originally starting out with the intention of purchasing some rental properties has turned into a love for helping both buyers and sellers.

He moved with his family to New Bern in 1975, and is a graduate of both New Bern High School and Craven Community College. Billy can offer his vast knowledge of our local communities. Billy’s family are members of Temple Baptist Church where you will see him at the Welcome Center, or refereeing Upward Basketball games. He has been involved with Special Olympics, Relay for Life, as well as many other local organizations & events.
